
Holocaust & Human Rights Education Center Appoints Advisory Board Members
The Holocaust & Human Rights Education Center (HHREC) of White Plains, NY has announced the appointments of Andy Laub and Alex Monroe to its Advisory Board.

Andy Laub is a senior clerk in the Registration Department of the Westchester County Board of Elections. The grandson of a Holocaust Survivor, Andy was inspired by his grandparents survival to get into public service and foreign policy. He has been a longtime local Democratic Party District Leader, having previously served on the staff of former Congressman Eliot Engel. Andy has been involved with organizations such as Young Professionals in Foreign Policy and serves locally in his home in Ardsley on the Zoning Board of Appeals. He has a BA in Political Science from Fordham University and an MS in International Relations from NYU.
Alex Monroe works at the intersection of technology and strategy, helping large organizations use data, ai, and innovation to grow and better serve their people and customers. He currently serves as Vice President at Paramount, where he leads revenue operations. Over his career, Alex has led teams at Paramount, Accenture, and an entrepreneurial venture. He holds multiple patents and has guided projects that turn complex challenges into practical solutions. Alex is a third generation Holocaust Survivor. Alex earned a BS in Business Management at University of Tampa.
